PROJECT EXECUTION SUMMARY
Each member of 4WRDMIA has contributed to the ideas and implementation of the projects planned for ABF Learning Center. As a group, 4WRDMIA collectively decided to work with ABF Learning Center after careful evaluation to determine which community in Miami-Dade needed attention, feasibility for the timeline, and the best strategy to develop and deliver a sustainable impact on the community.
As 4WRDMIA’s project gets underway, specific roles for team members have been identified to allow for successful completion. 4WRDMIA has two team leads in charge of organizing group meetings, goals, oversight, outreach, and implementation.
The fundraising arm will spearhead the event at Growler’s USA in Wynwood in addition to leading efforts to connect with community business to promote our 4WRDMIA project, mission, and end goals in order to raise sufficient funds and in-kind donations to complete all three tiers.
The marketing team will handle social media, memorabilia for the project including video material for the final presentation, branding, and additional deliverable materials throughout the project.
The financial team will continue to monitor spending for all three tiers of the project and will also handle accounting for all donations received.
4WRDMIA also has a member in charge of fieldwork activity to keep the group accountable and promote fieldwork activity opportunities.
With specific roles defined, 4WRDMIA is aware that as the project is underway there will be additional needs within the group and each member is willing to step up into a leadership position to achieve set goals.
