Sales Incentive Trip to Germany 2020-2021 For Travel in Summer of 2022
Program begins January 1, 2020 and ends on December 31, 2021. Points may be collected on sales based on the attached point values.
Accumulation of 275 points within the 2 years span will allow the salesman to qualify for the trip to Germany. Point accumulation will be based on the information obtained when a salesman or sales manager sends in their request for a SPIFF.
(This will not affect the payment of SPIFFs - SPIFF request and qualifications will only be used to track the point accumulation. If you qualify for a SPIFF, you will also get travel points toward the incentive trip). Program will end on December 31, 2021 and will not carry over to 2022. The success of the program will determine if future trips will be planned.
If the salesman would like to take his spouse with him, he will need to accumulate 550 travel points or can choose to pay the airfare for the spouse.
A sales manager will qualify if he collects 750 travel points during the two-year period. If he would like to bring his spouse, he will need to accumulate an additional 750 points (total of 1,500 points) or can choose to pay the airfare of his spouse.
Points are non-transferable.
All airline tickets paid for by Wiedenmann will be coach tickets.
The incentive trip will take place in the summer of 2022.
