Systems for Peace: The following submission is an excerpt of my future Research and Doctoral submission
In addition to its narrative it will deploy a practicum and suite
of integrated modules to provide quantitive and qualitative evidence- based datasets collected, auto-collated to support evidence-based, decision-making policies and practices.
H.E.R.O is a specifi c variant under my doctoral dissertation and will employ and deploy an initiative that will validate all of the principles and methodologies for social and economic interventions.
It is anticipated that researchers and other audiences will use H.E.R.O’ design to programmatically test various concepts and programming which require measurable datasets to determine progress, identify shortfalls, inform future decisions and permit the refining of ongoing interventions to meet said shortfalls.
