 CO-CREATING SOLUTIONS WITH MDS
The Strategy Group conducted a co-creation ideation workshop that included the MDS leadership team, internal MDS staff from different departments, MDS participants and families along with a few external stakeholders to capture a range of different perspectives and opinions. The group co-designed innovative ideas to enhance the current customer experience, specifically around the five identified opportunity areas. Having a wider group of people encouraged diversity of ideas and creativity over immediate feasibility. The group was positive, engaged and focused on generating as many ideas as possible - diverging to create the widest possible range of ideas, from which they then converged to select and build on their perceived best solution. During this workshop, the teams came up with a variety of big ideas, medium term initiatives and quick wins.
