 THIRTY ONE RECOMMENDED QUICK WINS
Thirty one quick win solutions were developed, which include initiatives that have the ability to improve the current services and end-to-end experience / customer journey and can be deployed within one month. These solutions can be developed rapidly so as to not overburden the MDS team, allowing them to implement them and realise immediate benefits. These quick wins broadly fit under eight categories as listed below.
