• Review information to build and integrate the business models with past or existing initiatives at MDS.
• Test, validate and refine the business model with key stakeholders.
• Develop the business and implementation plan for MDS that is ready for deployment.

The Strategy Group have identified a few gaps in the current PTE program. We can help MDS address these issues to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience and re-design the program in a way in which it can provide long-term satisfaction for the participants and their families.

• Identify and design key features of the initiatives from a viability and feasibility perspective.
• Develop a timeline and costing for the initiatives to ensure they are time and cost effective.
• Test and validate the solutions in order to get them ready for deployment.
