John Lynch Chairperson
John is CEO at SelfSense Technologies, and also works as a Non-executive Director, business consultant and mentor. Previously he was CEO at Merrion Pharmaceuticals plc and has worked in the USA, UK and
Ireland.
Liam Byrne Treasurer
Liam was educated at UCD and qualified with PwC. Prior to co- founding his own firm a number of years ago, he worked in a number of finance roles in New Zealand, the US, France, England and Ireland.
Eoghan Caffrey Director
Eoghan is a Policy Specialist at the Central Bank of Ireland. He holds a Masters in Development Studies and before joining the Central Bank, spent 5 years working in International Development on programmes spanning urban and rural Africa and
Asia.
Marion Shaw Director
Marion is a qualified HR professional and business & executive coach with extensive leadership and management development experience working in an international organisation in the private sector. She has previously spent some time working in
Af rica.
Brian Ingarfield Director
Brian is an experienced general manager having previously occupied leadership roles in technology, travel, logistics, retail and franchised business es in Ireland, UK, Spain and Italy. Brian holds a Master’s
in Business from the Irish Management Institute.

Sean Crowe Director
Sean is currently principle at CFS, providing consulting services to financial services companies. He previously held a range of executive roles at Bank of Ireland including Chief Executive of the Markets Division and Group Treasurer and was a member of the Executive Committee steering Bank of Ireland from 2014 to 2020. Sean has served as a Director of New Ireland Assurance Company plc and of Bank of Ireland Mortgage Bank and is a member of the CFA Institute.
Ciarán Ó Muirthile Director
Ciaran is a senior manager at Google Ireland, where he is currently heading up the New Customer Onboarding team for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has worked at Google in Ireland and abroad for 14 years in a variety of advertising
and marketing roles. He holds a B.A. International from UCD and a Higher Diploma in Business Enterprise from DCU.

Margaret O’Donohue Director
Margaret has worked in education for the last 30 years in a range of roles; teacher, guidance counsellor, Deputy Principal
and until 2019, Principal of Loreto High School, Beaufort. She very much enjoyed two immersion trips to Uganda with Aidlink and the girls from Beaufort. She is currently working for iScoil, an educational provision for teenagers who can’t manage mainstream education.
Aishling Lennon Secretary
Aishling is currently the Regional Coordinator of Smart Dublin, an initiative of the four Dublin Local Authorities that uses new technologies and innovation to improve public services and quality of life in the Dublin region. She holds a BA in History, Politics and International Relations from UCD (2010). Aishling is a former Aidlink employee, having worked at the organisation from 2014-2018.
Aidlink’s Members protect the organisation’s core ethos and philosophy. They meet once a year at Aidlink’s Annual General Meeting. In 2020 the meeting was held on September 7th. An Extraordinary General Meeting of Aidlink was held on 19 April 2021 where a new Constitution was adopted.
