We have delivered fantastic community engagement activities, with NEHA tenants, all of which have been well attended with positive outcomes for all tenants who got involved. We continue to be proud of the impact these activities have had in bringing your communities together and look forward to sharing more opportunities for involvement in 2026.\u000ACourtview \u2013 Residents Association Meeting/Estate Enhancement\u000ATenants in Courtview held their Residents Association meeting in September 2025, where one of the key agenda items was requesting financial support from North and East Housing Association for the purchase and installation of a large shed and gardening equipment for their estate. NEHA was delighted to support the application, and the tenants are\u000Aexpected to have their shed and\u000Aequipment installed before the\u000Aend of the year. A big\u000Ashout-out to the tenants\u000Awho put in a significant\u000Aamount of work to\u000Aobtain quotes through\u000Acollaborative working this\u000Aestate enhancement\u000Aproject has been\u000Asuccessfully completed.\u000A 2\u000A
