It is known that bleach and disinfectant kill the Coronavirus
immediately, therfore passing on the virus is not likely.

Washing Colorage Meches is quick and easy. Just hold the Meche
under a running tap of warm water. (All thirty Meches take
around 3 minutes).

During this Pandemic, When all the bleach has been removed from
the Colorage “A” and “B” Meches, place the Meches in a bowl
of warm soapy water with a table spoonful of disinfectant.

Leave the Meches in the warm soapy water for around
3 minutes. Empty the bowl of water and leave the Meches in the
bowl under clean running water for a further one minute.

Now use a paper towel to remove excess water to stop the

Meches having smears and water marks. This will make the
Meches look as new when they are reused. Care is needed
not to pull the slot whilst drying the Meches, as this could tear
the Meche.

Using the washing machine and tumble dryer is possible but not
recommended as the temperature could weaken the plastic
resulting in the Meches tearing.,

Now we have a vaccine for Covid 19 these
extra precautions may cease in July 2021
as we all return to a near normal life.
