38. A wireless GPS enabled flight data recorder with satellite network for remote
access, remote backup, and preservation of critical flight data comprising,
a wireless satellite interface;

a GPS receiver capable of using the GPS Precision Positioning Service; and
a satellite network.
39. A wireless apparatus and network method for recording critical flight data, location
accuracy, remote access, and remote data storage, comprising,
a wireless network interface;
a wireless network;
a GPS receiver;
a flotation system;
an ejection sensor system with plurality of sensors;
a remote data center;
a data streaming algorithm for saving flight data to the remote center;
a data compaction algorithm for compacting data; and;
a data encryption algorithm for security.
