Executive Summary

Thank you for the opportunity to present our recommendations for your important Annual Cash
Bash at Wynn Las Vegas. This executive summary is intended to outline our thinking and creation
of the attached conceptual mood board proposal and our suggested plan to address your goals,
priorities and interests as shared in your request. This document also enables you to provide a
concise summary to interested stakeholders within your organization.

Our Understanding
• Cash Bash is the only dealer trip this year and the focus is on celebrating JM&A and your
Dealers! The themed extravaganza of Cash Bash will drive the joy, fun, and merriment of the
celebration (a much coveted celebration as JM&A and your Dealers come out on top!).
• The request for proposal during round one was to produce a high-level mood board of thematic
concepts for all aspects of Cash Bash, no pricing necessary. After the review of this document,
there will be creative/theme based decisions for supplier/partner selection to move into round
two. Round two of the proposal process will be to produce a complete proposal, for the selected
theme, that would include pricing, enhancements, and any requested services. (Additionally, we
would include suggested floor plans, flow-of-traffic and renderings at that point).

Overview of our Recommendation
• Based on our successful history with JM&A, we understand that the theme promotes in setting
the tone for the winner’s trip and guest experience, but also serves as the focal point to the
following event areas: Signage / Communications, Registration, Welcome Reception, Cash Bash
Reception & Dinner. Each of these event areas is highlighted within each thematic mood board
pages. To further show our understanding of the thematic ribbon, the specific areas of thematic
focus during Cash Bash Dinner include: Entrance Experience, Ceiling Décor, Stage Décor, Cash
Cage, Table Décor and Entertainment (strolling and stage performances). A few other key
components to the Cash Bash Dinner (models, stage games, control / tabulation areas, and the
bars) will be saved for surprise and delights during round two of the development process.
• We know the request was to provide three celebration theme ideas, so we have included the
three you requested, and added a fourth that we feel could be the one that captivates and
excites your senses to help inspire the most memorable Cash Bash experience ever. Below is
our shortlist of celebration themes:
o Cashella - Modeled after some of the best festivals like Coachella, Life is Beautiful and
SXSW, this theme truly is a festivity of everything; friendships, teams, art, food,
togetherness (in person!) and Cashella will paint the memories in full color.
o Capes in the City – Everyone has a Superhero inside of them, this is the opportunity to
live the powerful moments and share in those experiences together.
o Let’s Glow Crazy – Fun and futuristic, this theme is a nonstop party!
o Nights of Greatness – This is the perfect mixture of Great Gatsby, Roaring ‘20s, and
Old Hollywood Glam, the most regal of celebrations… “Can't repeat the past?
… Why of course you can!”
