Concessions based on being awarded full program services (all creative services,
entertainment and transportation) for 2020 Cash Bash:

• 4% of 2019 Final Invoice to be reflected as Volume Discount Credit on 2020 Final Invoice
(Value: $17,657.36)
• Hello! Account Manager to remain on site at hotel for duration of program.
(Value: $350.00 per day x 4 days =$1,400.00)
• Complimentary airport round-trip transfers via sedan for Executive VIPs (4) and meeting
planners (2) (Value: $1,500.00)
• Complimentary Planner Shadow Staff for JM&A to do just about anything you need:
errands, be a runner, hospitality; up to 4 hours per day x 3 days (Value: $528.00)
• Concession Package Value: $21,085.36
