He is survived by his children, Charlene McGee Smith (William), Ronald McGee, Yvonne McGee; grandchildren, Tesha Myers (Lyndon), Damona Strautmanis (Michael), Damon Smith (Janine), Charon Gladfelter (Darin), Erin Lanphier, Charles M. McGee, Megan McGee Peters (Robert), Eric McGee (Kayla), Aidan McGee, Kelsey McGee; 14 great-grandchildren, a great-great-granddaughter; 4 nephews; and numerous cousins.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Frances (Nelson) McGee; parents, Lewis and Ruth McGee; brother, Lewis McGee, Jr.; sister, Ruth (McGee) Downs; and nephew, Jake Downs, Jr.
