Vegetable Soup With Buttermilk
Directions:
Heat ghee in pan. Fry the mustard seeds until they pop. Add the remainder of spices, tear curry leaves in half & cook 1-2 minutes with the spices. Add the vegetables, lima beans & water ( add broccoli last), cook until vegetables tender. Stir in finally chopped fresh herbs, gently stir in yoghurt or buttermilk off the heat & serve.
