Dear Friends:
I hope that, by this time, the bricks that your built your wall up with to protect yourself from others, and even maybe to protect yourself from yourself, has been dismantled, brick-by-brick...even if might have had to put one back once in a while. That wall was there to protect you when you needed it, and you were able to take it down when you were ready and had the tools to build your own brick path towards recovery. My hope is
