boundaries and raising the bar in sports. The goal is for more Veterans to get motivated, get engaged, and meet other athletes who are also passionate about their desired sports. We want to show these heroes that they can make positive changes in their lives and that they have the power to overcome PTSD. So, give this video a watch. This is my Life. This is my Adventure. This is my escape. What gives me clarity and helps me find a way to move on and move past. Nature and sports are my therapy. Share this message with everyone and lets raise awareness and get the word out to Veterans so that we can reduce that number of suicides. It takes just a moment and could help save a life.
I try to live a life that exemplifies all of the best characteristics of a Soldier. If my brothers I've lost are looking down on me, I want them to see the best possible example and that I'm living my life to the fullest. I want them to be proud of me and everything I'm accomplishing. I'm continuing to push the boundaries and trying to bring a new light to others' lives. I hope they see that I'm doing my best.
In regard to PTSD, you are probably trying to cope with a lot of things you went through and endured, and that's all right. It's all right to be struggling. And you should look outside the box for help. You don't have to do it by yourself. It's not weakness. As I said before, always remember that it's okay to ask for help.
