She's too smart for her own good. If I hide something, she knows exactly where I hid it. She just decides that I need something and she'll go get it whenever she decides that I need it. For instance, she does this with socks. She will bring me a pair of socks and then just sit in front of me holding the pair of socks in her mouth until I ask her to give them to me. When I sit there and try to tie my shoes, I swear that if she knew how to tie my shoes, she would have done it...she always has to watch me doing it...with her nose as close as possible to my shoes as she can manage. When my equilibrium is off, I just put my hand on her back and she will just stay right there, helping to keep me stable.

I found one on Amazon that's got teeth showing and red streaks on it like blood. I just bet if I got something like that then people would just leave her alone. My wife keeps shutting me down on it...so it's a no-go. Have you ever seen those dog toys that look like real hands with an arm attached? I thought about getting one of those too but the wife also said that wasn't going to happen. They even have feet...and I could put one of those in an old tennis shoe and let her run around with that in her mouth. It would get my neighbor to leave me alone...at the least. Again...the wife...
As a volunteer, I do transport dogs and that helps me to chill out for a while. It usually takes three to four hours at a time to do each transport. I volunteer for Alone to Home, for I81 Transport, and for Otis's Sake...so I work with three groups and there are runs almost every day. It makes me feel good because I am helping to save dogs and, because of where I reside, I am in
