Q. Where do I send my letters off?
A. Go to your local United States Post Office

Q. Do I just put a stamp on the letters and drop off?
A. No, we advise you to send certified mail, with no return receipt.

Q. How do I know someone received my letter?
A. Go to usps.com and input the tracking number located on the left hand

side of the tracking receipt.
Q. What do I do after I send my letters off?
A. Within 3-7 days after mailing, go to usps.com and input the tracking
info, make sure the letters have been received and not returned to the
sender.
Q. What do I do if the letter is returned to the sender?
A. Pick up letter from your local post office, verify the address, make any
necessary corrections and resend.
Q. What do I do with the green tracking ticket after I mail the letters?
A. Record the tracking info on the “Tracking Log” and keep the ticket for
your records.
