There are smartboards as we are moving to 4 industrial revolution and learners are getting
equipped with technological skills

An ideal teacher is an active member of the
society, agent of transformation who take the
needs of his/her learners into consideration,
facilitate learning and create an active
classroom environment where all learners are
actively involved in the learning and take
responsibility of their learning.

An ideal teacher is the one who is able to let
learners make mistakes and not feel ashamed
about it. The teacher should promote a
classroom that is free and fun to learn and
teach in.

Every teacher should be inclusive and learn how to accommodate different learners and their style
of learning.
