nnually PERC asks for propane retailer participation in the Annual Retail Propane Sales Report. This
information is vital to helping PERC and the industry understand market trends across the propane in-
dustry and the evolving needs of individual retailers of odorized propane. It will also ensure that each
Astate receives an accurate amount of state rebate funding from PERC to support vital local projects
that impact safety, training, and growth.
PERC is committed to ensuring your data privacy. Your individual responses will be kept confidential and
anonymous. Your reported sales data will not be used for sales calls or other commercial reasons. Only sum-
mary data and statistics will be presented in the final sales report. The final report is shared on propane.com/
salesreport and incorporated into the National and State Propane Profiles, showing market trends by state and
region.

The 2024 collection period is only open from March 1 - May 15, 2025. There are only a few days left
to submit your report before the May 15th deadline. We know that your time is valuable. Thank you for your
