Scott Roberts | Managing Partner & COO
Co-founder and head of Citrus Market Access, Scott provides scientific and access guidance to
biotechs and life sciences companies. He brings deep expertise in global pricing, reimbursement, market access and value communications and is passionate about helping clients find innovative solutions in categories where commercialization has become highly complex -- including oncology, immunology, neurology, biosimilars, rare diseases and gene/cell therapies.
Scott has nearly 30 years of biopharma experience, half of which is in management and strategy consulting with HCG,
Provaluate, PriceSpective and New England Consulting Group. As a consultant, Scott has led over 100 engagements with large and
small biopharma companies where he has become expert at aligning needs across R&D, Regulatory, Medical, Commercial and Market Access. His experience on the biotech side most recently includes five years as the head of global market access and pricing strategy with Biogen, launching major brands for neurodegenerative and hematologic diseases. He has also held senior
commercial and access management roles at Merck, Roche and Pharmacia/Pfizer.
Scott earned his MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business, and bachelors degrees in biomechanical engineering and economics from Brown University. He is a visiting faculty member at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University.
