ANIMATRA
REVENUE MODEL
B2C
Users can subscribe for $3.00 per month to increase the speed at which they accrue cryptocurrency.
B2B
A Lightflow commercial software product will be developed following IRB research study and evaluation to increase our value proposition by more accurately quantifying health savings. Businesses will be able to subscribe to Lightflow Business for $10 per employee account per month, or $100 annually. For a company like JP Morgan Chase with 250,000 employees, the annual subscription would cost $12,500,000 annually if they purchased accounts for 50% of their employees. Businesses will be given a discount for redeeming employee-created cryptocurrency.
HEALTH SYSTEM PARTNERSHIPS
Animatra’s ultimate goal is to align with trends in healthcare risk distribution and digital currency by partnering with health systems like Kaiser Permanente. Health systems absorb universal health risk and have the most to gain from preventative health practices. Although mindfulness has been proven to decrease costs, insurance companies will not pay for yoga or meditation studios. Lightflow is different than these practices because it is mobile, accessible, and quantifiable: Lightflow can tell the health systems and insurance providers the exact nature of member usage. Since Lightflow can monetize these health savings, health systems can leverage our blockchain technology to efficiently incorporate preventative health savings from mindfulness.
In our estimates, we use the lower bound of Harvard’s mindfulness health savings study which to estimate Lightflow’s value add in per capita health savings. Estimates entice: If 50% of Optum Health users adopted Lightflow for health savings, and Animatra captured 30% of the value created, Animatra would net $11B annually. A similar partnership with Kaiser would net an additional $1.2B.
