Do what we say and act with integrity
JESSICA FERRI
Manager
Policy and Planning
As a mother of two, I value and
recognize how important it is to
lead by example by doing what is
right. I am fortunate to work with
colleagues who share the same
vision and whom I see as mentors. Our actions in the communities within which we operate have gained regulators’ respect because they are consistent with this overall philosophy, and has led to our many successes.
PAUL KING
Holt Asphalt Plant Foreman
Dufferin Construction
The same way I respect my
neighbours, as a big company I
believe we should work with our
community, look out for one
another and be a responsible
leader to find solutions to everyone’s best interests.
NICOLLE BELLISSIMO
Environmental Manager
Mississauga Cement Plant
Engaging with local stakeholders is
a critical component of our
operations, and is part of our
license to operate. For me, it is
important that during these difficult
times we continue to check in with our communities and maintain dialogue on issues that are important to them, including the health and safety of the communities in which we live and work. Although the communication mechanisms may be different during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have worked hard on making sure they are still effective for our corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Operate locally, but act as one company
GUILLAUME
BEZEAU
Technology
Coordinator
OneCRH is a
philosophy that
we apply
everyday without
even thinking about it. I am fortunate to work with excellent colleagues in Ontario and the United States. Our exchanges, discussions and sharing our knowledge play a major role in the cooperation and development of all of us. More than ever, we help each other across divisions; those who were strangers are now valued colleagues.
DAVID BANGMA
Technical Services Director
Ash Grove North
ANDREI MURESAN
Manager Technical Services
Ontario Materials
This fall we experienced higher demand for cement and concrete as a result of the restrictions we had in the spring amid the COVID-19 pandemic. This caused additional challenges on manufacturing and our ability to supply our customers. The Mississauga cement plant and Dufferin Concrete have always collaborated well, however 2020 was an exemplary year as we embrace together the OneCRH principle to ensure we continue to support our customers’ projects and deliver quality product by efficiently managing mix design modifications and inventory.
       Build enduring relationships
ANITA DINDYAL
Credit Manager
When most people think about the
Credit Department they think of
collecting money. For me, it’s
really about building a relationship
first and then the money comes.
We support our customers; we
work with them to understand their business needs and challenges and tailor solutions that allow the relationship to thrive.
