Making Businesses Better
Bringing Our
CRH Values to Life
When things are at their most uncertain, it’s important to remind ourselves who we are as individuals, and also as a team. Every day, employees across the company are bringing the CRH Values to life, as their commitment to build the type of culture they want to see for themselves and for their colleagues. Those values are, after all, what make us CRH.
Put safety first
CLAUDIO CHIODO

Dufferin Concrete
It’s up to all of us to do our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and that means staying vigilant on jobsites and in public spaces.
I feel safer knowing safety
protocols are in place at Dufferin Concrete for myself, my family, my coworkers and my community.

Demix Agrégats
Safety being my priority, it is very
important for me to respect the
COVID-19 protocols put in place
by Demix. Small gestures such as
washing my hands, wearing a face
covering and cleaning shared equipment can make the difference to ensure my safety, but also that of my colleagues who are my second family.
Continuously create value

For me,
creating value
is about bringing people together to achieve common goals. COVID-19 has presented us with both a challenge and an opportunity to ensure we keep our people safe while providing more efficiencies for our customers. From E-ticketing to outdoor printers or a dedicated soil importation lane, the team came together and continued to provide value day after day.
CHARITO VECI Supervisor Order to Cash (O2C)
What’s
important for
me is
understanding our customers' needs and finding ways to improve our processes. This is where creating value starts, and the COVID-19 pandemic did not stop our CCS team from demonstrating our commitment and implementing improvements at various customer touchpoints from GetPaid to paperless billing. We are proud to rise to the challenge!

As part of the
estimating team, our role is critical in ensuring both the company moves forward by establishing a steady backlog of work while continuing to build upon essential relationships with our customers. The impacts of COVID-19 have proven to be challenging with our estimating team working remotely while implementing technologies to assist with bidding and tender reviews in order to circumvent these impacts. This commitment has resulted in numerous successful tender submissions, including a key strategic $90M Ministry of Transportation project along the Highway 401 corridor for Dufferin’s West District.
