Looking through the pages of this edition of The Conveyor, one cannot help but recognize our incredible colleagues, who have poured their hearts and passion into their jobs to ensure we keep people safe while delivering great results, under very trying conditions. We always knew we had great teams, but it’s during difficult times that we really realize what we are made of: we stepped up when it was needed most.
Challenges help us learn and grow. And that’s what we did in 2020. We reinforced the bonds that tie us together and strengthened the foundation of our organization, with a common goal across our businesses. We would like to thank each and every one of you for your hard work, perseverance and commitment. What you have accomplished this year is a true testament to your spirit and your resilience.
Looking ahead, we know 2021 will bring its set of challenges and unknowns, but our experience as a team gives us confidence in our ability to achieve our ambitions and build the kind of organization we want to work for, together.
As 2020 comes to an end, we ask you to stay safe and vigilant to keep your family and yourself healthy, and not take any unnecessary risks.
