DI - 124 Diagnosis - Diagnosis-fault diagnosis of electronic and electrical parts
3. Check the circuit of ABS fault indicator
a. Ignition switch:LOCK.
b. Disconnect the cable of battery negative pole.
c. Disconnect ABSECU connector B063 and combination meter connector B015.
d. Take a multimeter to measure the continuity between the
No. 2 terminal on the diagnostic interface connector B015
and the No. 15 terminal on the ABSECU connector B063.
Standard resistance:
Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value
B015(2)-B063(15) About 0Ω
Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 4.
NO>repair the circuit between ABSECU and the combination instrument.
4. Replace ABSECU
a. Replace ABSECU.
b. Check whetehr the fault indicator is normal, or else, replace the combination meter.
