Urea tank assembly IN
Change
1. Discharge urea water solution DI
a. Remove the drain bolt under the urea tank and release the
AdBlue in the urea tank. EG
Caution
Place a container under the urea tank to collect the TR
released AdBlue.

2. Remove the urea pump assembly FR
a. Disconnect the urea pump connector ①.
b. Disconnect air stop valve connector ②. ST
c. Compressed air supply pipe joint nut of urea pump, cut
off the compressed air supply pipe ③. BR
d. Remove the coolant inlet and outlet pipe fixing clamps,
and unplug the coolant inlet pipe ④ and outlet pipe ⑤. BW
e. Disconnect the urea nozzle connector ⑥.

f. Disconnect the urea level and temperature sensor
connectors.
g. Rotate the urea pump assembly and take out the urea
pump with urea level and temperature sensor assembly
upward.
