(c). Disconnect the 1-ear clamp on the solenoid
valve vacuum pipe subassembly (arrow
direction) and move aside the solenoid
valve vacuum pipe subassembly.

(d). Press the positioning clip in the arrow 12C
direction, and remove the intake pipe
flapper control valve.

8. Install the intake pipe flapper control valve
(a). Press the positioning clip in the arrow
direction, and Install the intake pipe flapper
control valve.

(b). Fit a new 1-ear clamp (arrow direction) onto
the canister solenoid valve vacuum pipe
subassembly.
PROMPT:
• The 1-ear clamp is disposable.
• Note that the 1-ear clamp shall be fixed at 2 ~ 3
mm from the pipe nozzle.
