                 REAR AIR CONDITIONER CORE


                 REPLACEMENT


                 1.     Disconnect the negative cable of the battery (Refer to "Chapter 18 Starting &
                        Charging- Battery, Replacement")
                 2.     Remove the rear evaporator air conditioner (refer to “Chapter 41 Air heating and
                        conditioning - Replacement, rear evaporator assembly”)


                                                            3.     Remove the rear air conditioner core
                                                             (a).   Remove the rear air conditioner core shield
                                                                   fixing screw, and take down the shield.






















                                                            (b).   Remove the rear evaporator housing fixing         41
                                                                   screw, separate the housing and take down
                                                                   the rear air conditioner core.
