3. Check the front wiper low-speed relay

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".

(b). Disconnect the front wiper low-speed relay
R10 . 62
(c). Measure whether the performance of
the front wiper low-speed relay R10 is in
good condition with the multimeter on the
resistance range.
Standard resistance:

Connect by Standard
Conditions
multimeter value
normal 1–2 Exist

normal 3–4 ＜ 2Ω

Apply the power
supply voltage
between the 3–5 ＜ 2Ω
No.1 and No.2
pin
Is the inspection result normal?
Yes>To step 4.
No >Replace the front wiper low-speed relay.

4. Check the harness and the connector (the front wiper high-speed relay-BCM control unit)

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".

b). Disconnect the front wiper high-speed
relay R11 and connector A303.
(c). Disconnect the BCM control unit connector
C57.
(d). Measure the resistance between the No.2
pin of R10 and the No.24 pin of C57 with
the multimeter on the resistance range.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is an open circuit)

Connect the pin by Specified value
multimeter

R11(2)-C57(24) ＜ 2Ω
