Phenomenon description:
When the ignition switch is in "ON" position, ESP ECU ignition power voltage appears too
high or too low phenomenon.
△ PROMPT:
Take the too low voltage for example, it uses the same method of detection when the
voltage is too high.

Diagnosis steps

1. Check battery volt

(a). Unplug battery positive and negative binding post.

(b). Use a multimeter to measure the voltage
between the battery positive and negative
electrode.
