DIAGNOSIS-POWER REARVIEW MIRRORS 62-115

Diagnosis Procedure

1. Check The Electric Rearview Mirror Switch

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect the electric rearview mirror switch connector J08. 62

(c). Check the electric rearview mirror switch
with multimeter .
Standard resistance:

Connect
Function Action the pin by Specified
value
multimeter
1 - 5
Left Left 2 - 3
rearview ＜ 2 Ω
mirror Right 2 - 5
1 - 3
Is the result normal?
Yes>To step2.
No >Replace the electric rear view mirror switch assembly.

2. Check the electric rearview mirror motor

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect left electric rearview mirror assembly connectors J03.

(c). Disconnect the continuity of the No.6 &
No.5 terminal of left electric rearview mirror
OFF T.S
assembly connectors J03.
J30

8 7 6 5 Connect the pin by Continuity
multimeter

Ω J03 (4) - J03 (5) Exist

Is the result normal?
Yes>To step 3.
No >replace electric rearview mirror motor.
