Diagnosis Procedure

1. Check the low-speed function of the front wiper motor

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".

(b). Set the wiper switch and the washer switch
on the low-speed range and the wiper
motor operates at low speed after checking.

Is the result normal?
Yes>To step 3.
No >To step 2.

2. Check front wiper motor

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".

(b). Disconnect the connector A16 of the front
wiper.
(c). Check the intermittent gear function of the
front wiper motor.

Is the result normal?
Yes>To step3.
No >Replace the front wiper motor assembly.
