(d). Remove the canister solenoid valve tube
subassembly.
•Press the clip on the canister solenoid
valve tube subassembly in the arrow
direction, and remove the canister solenoid
valve tube subassembly.

16. Check the intake manifold subassembly
(a). Check the intake manifold seal ring.
• Check the intake manifold seal ring for wear and breakage; if any, immediately
replace it.
(b). Check the intake manifold subassembly.
• Check the intake manifold subassembly for scratches, breakage or knock marks; if
any, immediately replace it.
•Check the wiring harness plug for damages; if any, immediately replace it.

(a). Install the canister solenoid valve tube
subassembly and reconnect the clip (arrow
direction).
