5 . Check oil condenser
(a) Check whether oil condenser leaks.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 6.
NO >Replace oil condenser.

6 . Check turbocharger
(a) Check whether turbocharger can work properly.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 7.
No >Maintenance related faults.

7 . Check valve oil seal
(a) Check whether the valve oil seal is damaged.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 8.
No >Maintenance related faults.

8 . Check valve guide pipe
(a) Check whether the valve guide pipe is damaged.
Is the inspection result normal?

YES>To step 9.
No >Maintenance related faults.

9 . Check piston ring

(a) Check whether piston ring is damaged or not.
Is the inspection result normal?

YES>To step 10.
No >Maintenance related faults.

10 . Check crankcase ventilation system
(a) Check whether the crankcase PVC ventilation system can work normally.
Is the inspection result normal?

YES>Complete the diagnosis and the system is confirmed to be normal.
No >Maintenance related faults.
