05-28 VEHICLE MAINTENNANCE - CHECK

CHECK POWER STEERING TANK LEVEL

1 . Place the vehicle on a level ground.
2 . Switch off the ignition.
3 . Turn the front wheels straight forward.
4 . Open the engine hood.
5 . Screw out the filler cap of the power
steering tank.

6 . Check the level, which should be between
the maximum level and the minimum level.
If not, drain it or top it up.
Steering fluid model : ATF-III

7 . Tighten the filler cap of the power steering
tank.

8 . Restore the engine hood.
