13-2 EMISSION CONTROL - EGR SYSTEM
5 . Remove the connecting clamp of the EGR
cooler coolant supply pipe and EGR cooler
coolant return pipe, disengage the
connection between EGR and the EGR
13 cooler coolant supply pipe, EGR cooler
coolant return pipe.
6 . Release the fixing clamp of EGR cooler,
screw out the fixing bolt of EGR assembly,
and take out the EGR assembly.
7 . Install the EGR assembly，Tighten the
fixing bolt of EGR assembly，tighten the
fixing clamp of EGR cooler.
8 . Install the EGR cooler coolant supply pipe,
EGR cooler coolant return pipe, and mount
connecting clamp of the EGR cooler
coolant supply pipe and EGR cooler
coolant return pipe.
10 . Install the EGR connecting tube assembly,
tighten the fixing bolts of the EGR
connecting tube bracket and the EGR
connecting tube.
11 . Connect the EGR valve connector.
