COOLING - RADIATOR 17-7
RADIATOR
REPLACEMENT
1 . Switch off the ignition.
2 . Drain the coolant. (Refer to "Chapter 05 Vehicle maintenance - Replacement,
coolant replacement")
3 . Disconnect the battery negative cable. (Refer to "Chapter 20. Starting & charging
- battery, replacement”）
4 . Remove the electronic fan assembly and the coolant reservoir assembly. (Refer
to "Chapter 17 Cooling - electronic fan, replacement"）
5 . Remove the steering oil tank. (Refer to "Chapter 52 Steering -steering oil tank,
replacement") 17
6 . Screw out the engine inlet hose clamp
screws, pull out the hose.
7 . Screw out the radiator water supply hose
clamp screws, pull out the hose.
