                                                      1 .    Remove the fifth gear assembly.

                                                      (a)    Remove the fifth gear.

















                                                      (b)    Remove the fifth gear needle bearing.



















                                                      2 .    Remove the fifth gear synchronizer
                                                             assembly.
                                                      (a)    Remove the fifth gear synchronizer assembly.

                                                      (b)    Remove the synchronizer gear sleeve, gear
                                                             hub and sliding block.
