Mine Test:

In June 2019, our team pre-
sented the proposal of doing
a test at one of the major
mines on the Copperbelt
province of Zambia. At that
time, the mine was looking
for a solution on who to wid-
en the corners of the roads
underground.

Blasting was not an option
because it would cause a lot
of damage, so we were pre-
sented with this challenge
and our team did a compre-
hensive study and 3 suc-
cessful test where conduct-
ed.

The people in charge were
very happy with the results
and we were able to supply
them with large amounts of Photo Caption
the HSCA – Tiger.

HSCA Project Chingola

In August of 2018, Avic International, while making roads in the suburbs of
Chingola encounter rock forms in the path which need to be removed for the road
construction to go ahead. The rocks that required to be removed where in very
dangerous locations where blasting could not be done. The first site was in a resi-
dential area that had building structures very close to the road that was under con-
struction while site 2 was very close to a gas station. A number of companies tried
and failed but when we were called upon to study the scenario and offer a solu-
tion.
After the first visit to the site, we agreed to do a test and the results where phe-
nomenon. We managed to silently break the rock structures without coursing any
damage to the nearby structures whatsoever. Because our product is non explo-
sive, we didn’t even have to seek a blasting permission.

Our product can be used in a variety of ways to achieve your desired results – in
mining, demolition, quarries construction, rock cutting etc
