Carl Stephenson, MD had a dream - he wanted to bring high-level, vestibular physical therapy to the entire
State of Alabama. Carl had many people in his physicians' practice with dizziness, suering the after-eects
of falls. Carl and his friend, physical therapist Dustin Clary, discovered FYZICAL and the two realized they had
found the answer for how to build the rst FYZICAL Balance & Dizziness Center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. They
opened December 2016. Today, Dustin manages four full-time licensed therapists at FYZICAL Alabama.
Dustin uses the proprietary, enterprise-level ProtWare system, which he feels has made scheduling and
documentation simple and ecient.
