Returns Policy
Terms of Service
• Unopened cases qualify for return and credit.
• All returns shall be shipped pre-paid.
• Prices subject to change without notice due to market conditions • Defective merchandise, noted at the time of receipt, will be replaced or will receive 100% credit.
• Special pricing on large volume orders • Shipping error will receive 100% credit.
• All orders require a predetermined minimum • Items returned require a pre-authorization RMA and will be credited at the following rates:
• Orders below the minimum are subject to a below minimum charge unless waived by management • Returned within 75 days, 80% credit.
• Orders are subject to credit approval • Returned within 150 days, 50% credit.
• Payment for all orders are NET 30 days. American Express, Visa and Mastercard are accepted for payments • Items must be unopened and suitable for resale.
