SYNOPSIS
Isabel is a story about forgiveness and overcoming, pain and
success, through the life story of the most widely read Spanish-
speaking author on the planet.
Isabel, at the peak of her career, receives the devastating news
that her daughter is in danger of dying, and abandons everything
to become a full-time mother, until her daughter dies in her arms
over a year later.
In parallel, we will see the struggle, passion and risk, of a woman
who is willing to break all the social accepted standards of her
time to pursue her happiness, a woman who must leave her
country due to political conflicts, who abandoned everything for
love, and who immerse herself into literature to heal her wounds.
The pain may have bent her, but never broke her.
