  Tyus Jones
Tyus Jones had an interesting 2018-2019 season. The injuries that plagued the Timberwolves, especially those of Jeff Teague and Derrick Rose, lead to Tyus Jones starting 23 games and playing 22.9 minutes per game. His most impressive statistic was his assist to turnover ratio of 6.96, which led the NBA by a wide margin.
However, there are several areas where he must continue to improve. We will take a look at 2 areas here and see how he can work on those: Finishing and Shooting.
Finishing
At 6’2, Tyus Jones is not the biggest size point guard. However, he has great speed and acceleration, which get him in the paint when he decides to. The issue is that he did not finish at a very good percentage around the basket (45% which has him near the bottom of the NBA). As I stated earlier, I believe guards need to possess different type of finishes and Tyus Jones does have some.
Here, we can see him comfortable executing 2 feet and 1 foot scoop finishes.
