Free parking is available anywhere in the parking lot surrounding the hospital.
SECURITY SERVICES
CHI St. Luke’s Health– e Vintage Hospital employs o -duty police o cers and private security o cers to patrol and observe the hospital premises. Security services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to escort you to your car.
For your personal safety, we encourage
you to look for CHI St. Luke’s Health–
e Vintage Hospital badges on hospital employees, physicians, and volunteers. Call Security at 832-534-6911 (or extensions 46911 or 45952 from any hospital house phone) if you have any concerns.
VALUABLES
CHI St. Luke’s Health– e Vintage Hospital cannot be responsible for dentures, hearing aids, eyeglasses, money, electronics, jewelry, and other valuables. Please refrain from bringing valuables and money into the hospital. If you bring these items to the hospital, you are responsible for them.
FIRE SAFETY
CHI St. Luke’s Health– e Vintage Hospital has a comprehensive re alarm system. If you or family members notice a re or potential re, do NOT shout because it could cause a panic. Instead, immediately tell a nurse or if you are near a phone, call the hospital operator by dialing 0.
VOLUNTEER DEPARTMENT
If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering, apply online by accessing our webpage: stlukesvintage.com/ aboutus/volunteers. ere is a link to click which will take you to the application. Volunteers assist in providing a variety
of services, such as answering phones, providing directions, and sta ng the information desks and waiting areas.
SOCIAL SERVICES
A social worker is available to provide counseling and guidance options, including information about community resources. If you would like to meet with a social worker, please ask your nurse
for assistance.
CHAPLAINCY SERVICES
e Department of Chaplaincy is
available to support people of all faiths. Patients, family members, or sta members can contact Chaplaincy Services during
the day at 832-534-5101 to request a chaplain visit. Sta can also reach a chaplain on nights, weekends, and holidays. Assistance in reaching a local leader of faith at a patient’s request is also available.
ALL SAINTS’ CHAPEL
Patients and visitors of all faiths are welcome to visit the All Saints’ Chapel at any time for private prayers or meditation.
The chapel is located on the First Floor across from the Welcome Center.
