b. Authority to confer benefits on attorney

I authorise my attorney GARY DAVID JONES to confer benefits on the attorney to
meet the attorney's reasonable living and medical expenses as provided by section

12(2) of the Powers of Attorney Act 2003. My substitute attorney AMIE LOUISE

WARD is not so authorised.

c. Authority to confer benefits on third parties

I authorise my substitute attorney AMIE LOUISE WARD to confer benefits on the

following people to meet their reasonable living and medical expenses as provided

by section 13(2) of the Powers of Attorney Act 2003:

• GARY DAVID JONES;
• SONNY IVOR JONES;

• BROCK MICHAEL JONES.

3. Conditions and Limitations

This Power of Attorney is not subject to any conditions and limitations.
