vocation is, but we are all much more. We are parents, coaches, spouses, members of a church, uncles, aunts, brothers, sisters, volunteers, friends, lenders, borrowers, music lovers, movie watchers, speakers, students, teachers, lovers, cooks, ............ even
within our profession, we seldom do just one thing! wear many hats ๐Ÿ˜
๐Ÿงข๐ŸŽฉโ›‘ We ๐ŸŽต Music is a many splendored thing. It inspires, it heals, it creates
and it stirs many kinds of emotions in us. It is human emotion personified in sound, and is a way of communicating emotion.๐ŸŽน
It communicates emotion, not just from person to person, also across time.โฐ
Have you ever been moved to tears by a classical sonata, Moonlight Sonata perhaps....this was written by Ludwig van Beethoven in 1801....it can still move us to tears, and LVB is still able to communicate with us, and stir our emotions across
centuries. ๐ŸŒ“
โค That is how I feel
about music. โค
I believe my musical style or genre changes with my mood, and inspiration, and it must embrace all that I am,
and all that I feel. ๐ŸŒช
Since it reflects feelings
and emotions, I use
many different genres to
express those emotions
and to communicate with the listeners.
I am very much inspired by the kind of music I grew up with in the church community, but that music also has roots that go far far back.
In addition, after spending so many years formally training, I also am deeply rooted in classical music. ๐ŸŽฉ
