IT WAS LIKE,

HER HAPPY WORLD HAD TURNED SAD. (1) Beautiful lights here and there

a festival of joy is celebrated everywhere

ALL SHE COULD HEAR WAS SILENCE
beautiful dresses we wear
SHE WAS SOMEWHERE, LOST AND UNKNOWN

SHE NEEDED SOMEONE’S GUIDANCE BUT IT NEVER CAME a lot of sweets we bite and share

ALL SHE COULD DO WAS WAIT FOR A PATH TO BE SHOWN. (2)

Sorrow and sadness are vanished
SHE PRAYED FOR HELP BUT NO ONE CAME;

SHE TRIED TO ESCAPE BUT IT WAS ALL IN VAIN. the negativity from our houses is banished

SHE WAS STUCK IN THE SAME PLACE
children laugh and play
WAITING, FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES. (3)

and everyone enjoys on this festive day

HER PRAYERS WERE FINALLY ANSWERED,

THE TREES PARTED, THE SUN SHONE
Relative and friends we meet
THE DARKNESS HAD DISAPPEARED

NO LONGER WAS SHE ALONE. (4) together we celebrate and eat

tales are told of the heroic god

ALL WAS OKAY, and how the evil was defeated by the lord

ALL WAS FINE,

EVERYONE FINDS THEIR OWN WAY,
