□  The I-20 is not released to a third party. It is issued only to the applicant or mailed directly to
                        the permanent home address listed on the application for admission.
                    □  Prior to enrollment, you must present an original copy of the I-20 to the Designated School
                        Official (DSO) showing Embassy authorization to enroll as a student with an F-1 Visa and the I-
                        94 card.

                 SEVIS I-901 Fee
                    □  Once the I-20 has been issued, you are responsible for paying the $100 fee (U.S. currency)
                        directly to the Department of Homeland Security.
                    □  The I-901 fee must be paid prior to your scheduled Embassy appointment. Failure to pay this
                        fee may result denial of F-1 status.

                 DEFERRED ADMISSION
                 You may defer admission for one term or one academic year.  In order to re-activate your admission
                 for the new term, you must submit an Undergraduate Update Admissions Application.
