MEN HOST MONTHLY HEALTH FORUMS
A group of men who gather at the McDonald’s Restaurant on E. Hillsborough Ave., have begun hosting monthly health forums to share information and awareness. David Snow and Chester White have organized these forums. The forums have been held at College Hill Church of God in Christ. At a recent forum, the guest was Dr. Carlos Fumero from the VA’s Internal Medicine Clinics. He answered many questions on diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol and the medicines associated with these ailments. Among those in attendance were: William Reever, Billy Reed, Charles Sherry, Clifford Canty, Chester White, Charles Roberts, Sanford Ross, David Snow, Charles (Chuck) White, Zachery Sureller, Dr. Fumero, Supt.
